The Alps are at risk! The Alpine space loses its importance as economic territory, the agriculture in mountain areas is weakening and the climate change will bring unforeseen transformations and new challenges. How will be the irrigation of meadows and pastures once the glaciers will disappear? How can we safeguard the traditions, languages and the entire cultural heritage? How will tourism refocus once the snow will fail to appear in winter time?
