This year's World Heritage Day in the Tectonic Arena Sardona takes place in Vättis and also celebrates the opening of the new visitor centre.

The motto of the day, ‘A steinigi Gattig bin ünsch’, is inspired by the Walser culture in the Tamina Valley and alludes to the shaping power of stones - both in nature and in people's lives. Visitors can expect an eventful day full of exciting insights into the geology, history and culture of the region.
