The Mulino Aino is a historical center that houses a mill, a sawmill, and a forge, all powered by the same water source – a unique case in Switzerland. The mill, built in the Vitruvian style and equipped with three millstones, grinds buckwheat, wheat, and corn, while the sawmill is the only hydraulic one in Graubünden. With a history dating back to 1801, the center was restored in the 1990s to restore its original functions and today represents a rare testimony to pre-industrial craftsmanship.
