Sherlock Holmes Museum

A lot of information about the famous novel detective and the reconstructed salon of his house in 221b Baker Street in London can be discovered in the museum in Meiringen. The exhibition provides an interesting insight into the criminal and police history in London in the 1890s and shows that the ideas of Sherlock Holmes, the master detective, are still relevant for Scotland Yard today.
