Would you like to learn more about UNESCO World Heritage in Switzerland? Follow in the footsteps of our Heritage on the weekend of 10th and 11th June 2023 ! The World Heritage Days offer unique insights into the diverse natural and cultural treasures of Switzerland and allow views that are otherwise often denied to visitors.
On Saturday 10th June, you can take part in a guided hike with glacier experience in the UNESCO World Heritage Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch. With the mountain guide, you will hike down to the Chatzulechern and step onto the Great Aletsch Glacier: one of the largest remaining glaciers in Europe!
Meeting point: at 10:15 am at the Moosfluh summit station.
Participation: The glacier tour is free of charge.
Equipment: Please bring good shoes and (long) clothing suitable for the mountains, including sun protection, as well as a rucksack with your picnic.
Duration: Be on the road until approx. 5:00 pm.
Registration: The number of participants is limited and registration is required.
On Sunday 11th June at 10:30 am you can get to know the Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch UNESCO World Heritage Site better with a guided tour. It's a unique opportunity to browse the WNF interactive visitor centre for free on a guided tour that is also suitable for children aged six and over.

Registration: Registration is required the latest by Friday, 9th June at 16:00 hrs.
Duration: The event lasts until 12 noon.
